Cancellation | No Show

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out via email & text prior to your appointment.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of your service fee.

If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

Eyelash Extension Infills

Everyone has a unique lash cycle which is why fills are needed every 2-3 weeks.

In order for it to be considered a fill you must have 40% of lashes intact. If you come into your appointment with less than 40% a full set may be required.

If you arrive with no extensions remaining please understand that I can only do what is possible in the time allowed. Please message me beforehand if you do not have any extensions left.

Don’t Be Late

Please aim to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, there is parking directly outside. Please arrive with clean lashes.

If you arrive after your scheduled time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service.

If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for the full amount for the appointment that you have missed.

Out of Hours Appointments

Life happens, if you by any chance need to come before/after hours I would be completely ok with trying to accommodate you.

Aesthetic Appointments

All aesthetic treatments require a £40 non-refundable deposit which is taken off the final treatment amount.

If you need to reschedule and fail to provide 48 hours’ notice you will lose your deposit and will need to pay again for any further appointments.

Failure to show up to an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment and until this is paid you will be unable to book any further treatments with us.

You must be over the age of 18 to book an aesthetic appointment, please bring a photo ID with you. If you are under the age of 18 or do not bring any ID with you, you will risk the appointment being cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
